Cute little gadget
I’ve had this for a couple weeks now and it works great. It’s pretty quiet, it won’t make you miss what others are saying (and I’m one that has trouble with background noises). It has no on and off switch, as soon as you put it into the usb drive it turns on. The “blades” are more cloth-like, so it’s nearly impossible to hurt yourself on them. The flexible arm appears really sturdy, and bends extremely well. The overall product seems to be sturdy, but I’ve only used it for a couple of weeks, and some reviews on other flyfans/cooling fans have remarked on breakage/flimsiness after a few weeks, so I guess I’ll see. The fan is good for cooling down your head, but you can’t really feel the air past a few feet (maybe three or four feet). This won’t matter of course if you’re using it with a laptop, or a usb hub that’s close to you. For the price and quality, I gave it five stars.
Update (5/19/2012): This item is currently on sale here for the lowest price I’ve seen.

Noisy Little Thing
This USB fan is quite noisy and hardly blows any wind. Put your palm 3-4 inches away from your face and whistle. That is about the wind you get from this fan when it is up close. Its coil is also not very strong and cannot hold the weight of the fan head well.

Does the job
Does just what it’s supposed to do. Puts out a nice breeze for its size. Wish it had an on/off switch but other than that, can’t complain.
**Update 10/08
It died this weekend. Turned PC on and no hum of my trusty little fan.. Did fine while it lasted but considering that I mostly only used it on weekends since I’m at work all week, durability is very disappointing.
