I was never able to even fully install this card. The installation script would always hang at the same point in the middle of the install. Althought the appearance of support is provided, there is actually absolutely no support provided by Diamond (manufacturer). There is one of those “do not return to store” notes in the box but calling the number provided just resulted in them promising to call back which they never did. In their website there was a way to open a trouble ticket but it was never followed up by them, mine was still in “Not Viewed” state some 4 weeks later. All in all, I do not recommend anyone buys this product.

Catalyst Media Center Software does not load
I received my AIWHD on time and I was excited about installing it and getting clearqam channels. The card loaded and Catalyst Control Center Loaded fine. But I could never get the required Catalyst Media Center to load. After trying everything that tech support threw at me for 12 days and leaving my PC with a registry that didn’t function I have decided to pack it in and RETURN the All In Wonder HD3650. To all who consider this card, read the specification closely. You MUST have Catalyst Media Center loaded to receive clearqam channel. I thought this was going to be a breeze. The breeze turned into a blizzard of emails and instructions that left my PC in less than optimum shape. I am still trying to get my registry up to the level it was before I began making tech supports suggested changes

All in Wonder NOT!
This is a great concept, but the video is a bit under par, the device was simple. The problem is the video needs to have happened to many things. Video in all settings is sub poor quality.
